David and I went to the opening of Lennar’s new green development Terraza in San Elijo Hills the other weekend.  The homes were beautiful and the freebies were fun too!  We had just gotten our new Flip cam and took a few wobbly videos for everyone to enjoy.   I will get better at taking these.  Promise!

Farmers has just recently begun offering a new discount on homes that utilize ‘green building’ techniques such as Terraza’s solar paneling.  It’s a great incentive to Go Green!
